6.6/10
I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. The views from my room were absolutely stunning and the size was incredible for New York, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a definite plus. The location was fantastic with easy access to public transport, but the dining options felt overpriced for what was offered.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in had an amazing view over Brooklyn and was very spacious, which is almost impossible to find in NYC without spending a fortune. However, the cleanliness was a huge issue as the furniture was stained and dirty.
Service
8.0
The service was very accommodating; they moved my room to a higher floor without any extra charge. Although I did notice them have to address a rude receptionist, the rest of the staff was really nice.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in a great spot with direct Metro access right at the door. It’s perfect if you want to explore Downtown or Uptown and is within walking distance of tons of attractions.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite nice, but honestly, they felt overpriced compared to nearby options. I was thankful our breakfast came free with our hotel status, as I wouldn't have been happy paying $50 for what was on offer.
Facilities
7.0
I didn’t really use many facilities, but the ones I saw seemed modern and well-kept.

7.4/10
The hotel has an amazing location right in the Financial District, just steps away from the 9/11 Memorial and a short walk to the Battery Park. The rooms offer spectacular views of the river and downtown, but upon arrival, they had a strong odor that took a while to air out. Overall, the staff was friendly and responsive, making the stay enjoyable despite a few challenges.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms had full-length windows on both sides, providing breathtaking views of the river and Brooklyn, especially during sunrise and sunset. However, the smell in the room upon arrival was unpleasant.
Service
8.0
The service was friendly and attentive, responding to requests promptly.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location in the Financial District is excellent, being close to major attractions like the 9/11 Memorial, the Statue of Liberty ferry, and Battery Park. However, it lacks nightlife options.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were good but not great, and the breakfast took too long to be served for the price.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay, but nothing stood out as luxurious.
